Details:

Parts – There was customer information still on the scale, even after a reset. Records of the customer were removed, but the scale software no longer works. When the scale was working, test items weighed what they were expected to, and a print worked without issue. The backlight of the customer-facing screen is not working. A bit of plastic which holds the touch screen area in-place has broken, and the touch screen flops down.

– 4GB CF Card is still in it, and is good

– The following files are corrupted, if someone knows if this is “fixable” :

    Documents and Settings system.hv    (installed package)

    Service servicelist.xml       (installed package)

    isdbxml ImpactS.sdf    (an image name had customer-identifying information)

– Touchscreen works fine
