This machine has been extensively refurbished by Dunn and Bybee Tool Co (DBT) in Sparta Tn. This machine was purchased in auction from the Smile Direct Club closeout in Antioch Tn.
The machine comes equipped with the following items:
– KeyenceMD-F3200C Laser Marking unit and controller
– AB Micro820 PLC
– Fumex FA1-MMini vent
– On board Think Centre PC with all the software needed to control the machine.

The machine’s electrical circuit has been completely redone. A redundant safety circuit has been installed. The PLC has been reprogrammed to offer a simplistic yet full control of the use of the machine. All software’s needed to control the machine and its various components comes preloaded and ready to use. The machine only needs one standard 110vac supply on a 20-amp breaker. Service and training can be provided on request. The machine comes with a comprehensive manual and component documentation.
Machine control has been simplified for ease of use. The laser unit is controlled by the Keyence software located in the onboard PC. The door and other supporting features are control via the control panel on the front of the machine. Using the machine is as simple as loading a marking file, focusing the laser, and pressing the start button. The Laser Unit is restricted to single surface flat objects, at an additional cost, the software can be upgraded to marked rounded and multi surface materials.
