We thoroughly test our printers and replace worn out parts if necessary.
This includes printheads, rollers, belts, motors, etc. We always make sure that printheads have no lines and no dead pixels; platen rollers have no cracks, cuts or pits, etc.

Your sole remedy in the event of equipment failure is replacement or repair of the equipment, or a refund (in part or in whole, as decided by the buyer) of the amount that you paid for the equipment. We are not liable for any consequential damages.
We will ship your items within 1 business day from receipt of payment and provide shipping carrier tracking details for every transaction. We are using an Instapak® foam molding machine to pack the box and prevent broken or damaged items. International buyers are always welcomed. If the shipping price isn’t listed as “calculated” please contact us prior to bidding for an accurate shipping price to your country. The buyer is responsible for their own countries custom and tax fees.
We provide a 30-Day Return Policy on all of our products unless indicated otherwise. All items found to NOT be working as described must be returned within 30 days of receipt and upon verification of serial number(s). A full credit or exchange will be made based on the inventory availability.
